Take a deep breath, relax. a little design therapy never hurt anyone.
Pour your fave beverage, put your feet up, and share with your design doctor.

why not?
find inspiration in everyday things. a leaf from your walk. the cover of the book you’re reading. the color of your dog. become an explorer in your own world. anything is ART(ful), as long as you find it intriguing and meaningful. now, open your eyes. and look. everywhere.

who knew?
you can change a room’s mood (and YOURS!) simply by moving your own stuff around. Putting furniture and art in new spots, combining them in new ways, can jumpstart unexpected energy. (and who couldn’t use a little bit more of that!)

how to?
add spice to your bookcase. easy. paint the back panels an accent color. It could be a couple of shades darker to complement your wall color. Or a punchy color that throws in a little drama. adds visual interest, spotlights the objects in the bookcase, even makes the room look slightly larger by visually “pushing back” the wall plane.

what if?
just like in life, there are basic rules of design, but wouldn’t it be more fun to bend them a little (or a lot), just to see what happens? the possibilities are truly endless.
